Effective date: August 20, 2026. This policy replaces the previous policy dated November 1, 2012. It covers www.justresolve.com (the “Site”) only. It does not cover information you share with us elsewhere — by email, by phone, or during an engagement.
We wrote this the way we write everything: plainly. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
The short version
- This Site has no accounts, no forms, and no comment boxes. Browsing it sends us nothing about you directly.
- We use one optional analytics tool (Google Analytics). It stays off unless you click “Allow analytics” in the consent notice. If you decline — or say nothing — no analytics code runs and no analytics cookies are set.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a “no” automatically and won’t ask.
- We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone for money or advertising. There are no ad trackers on this Site.
What we collect
If you contact us. The Site lists our email address and phone number. If you reach out, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, contact details, and a description of your dispute. We use it to respond to you and, if you engage us, to provide the service. We keep such correspondence as long as needed for those purposes and for our legal record-keeping obligations.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, the server that hosts this Site keeps standard technical logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use them only for security and keeping the Site running, and they rotate out on a normal schedule.
Analytics — only with your consent. If, and only if, you click
“Allow analytics,” we load Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to
count visits and show us which pages people find useful. Google
processes this data on our behalf; their practices are described in the
Google privacy policy. Your
choice is stored in your browser (a single localStorage entry) so we
don’t ask again. You can change your mind any time via the “Cookie
preferences” link in the footer — declining stops analytics immediately
on your next page load.
Fonts. The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, which necessarily discloses your IP address to Google. No cookies are set by this.
What we don’t do
We don’t run ads, don’t use social-media pixels, don’t use session recording, don’t fingerprint your device, and don’t buy data about you. We don’t sell or “share” (in the California legal sense) personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front — but if you ever want to ask, the contact details are below.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information we have about you, to ask for its deletion or correction, and to be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Residents of other states and countries may have similar rights. In practice: email us, tell us what you want to know or want deleted, and we will do it. We will never treat you worse for asking.
Children
This Site is for business audiences and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change our practices, we will update this page and its effective date. A materially different practice — say, adding a contact form — will come with an updated policy before it goes live.
